This kinda happened to me when i was heavy...
I was low on health and runned around looking for medic. Then i saw one looking at our teams soldier pair. I runned at him happily calling for medic... He didnt heal me and i started to punch him... guess the rest.

And yes! I was stupid enought not to realize he didnt have uber meter at all Being heavy makes you simple minded...
